My little bugga-boy is getting so big! He's finally moving up in the world, and is in his "toddler bed." We moved Londy to her big girl bed right after she turned two, but he's been pretty insistant that he wanted to stay in his "cwib." Well about 2 or so weeks ago, we had just put him down for a nap, and then heard, and thud, then the pitter patter of little feet. He came out and said, "mommy and daddy, I just put one leg over my crib, and climbed right out!" He was so proud! (I just couldn't believe that's he's 2 1/2 and just figured it out!) Well, we decided it was time for the big switch, and that night he was in the toddler bed. Yes, I am award that my little boy sleeps on London's pillow and has a freakish attachment to his "Yady-bugs" (the green ladybug blanket.) I consider it endearing, and will continue to do so until he gets made fun of by the other little boys! Another milestone was sleeping through the night without a diaper! He's been potty trained for about 6ish months, but I haven't felt the desire to test him through the night. He's done great! We're so proud of our little guy!

So, he's got about 3 months in his "toddler bed" before you have to turn it back into a "cwib" for the new baby ____ Jane! I hope he transitions well for you guys. :o)
way to go! Madelyn never learned how to climb out of her bed - we finally just moved her to a bed when she was 3 - kids are so funny! Love his black bed - he is so cute. I also love how he says those cute words! I hope we don't forget those precious things!
How sad and exciting!! It is hard that they grow up. Good job MOM!
I don't think we tease York NEARLY enough. I loved that Beck wanted to snuggo in mommies bed with me...melt my heart!
Way to go Beck! What a big little dude you are!
Super cute!! That is great that he is getting himself ready for the new baby. Go Beck!
That's the best feeling when they're completely potty trained. Yay, no more money towards diapers for you!
That post made me laugh! What a cutie. It was fun seeing you the other day. And I am proud that we both dared to take our youngins' out when they were wee babes.
Caleb has yet to attempt climbing out of his crib. The big boy bed seems so...big boyish. How sad. I might need to find out your secret to potty trainig.
