Art Show!

London and her sign that read, "London's Art Show. At my house rite at 2:00 for 1$00. Classic!

London is definitely my mini-me. As a child, I did nearly ANYthing to earn a buck. This may have included charging friends to put makeup on them, selling free rental magazines door to door, swindling my folks to buy stuff from me at my Saturday morning bedside sales, and of course, lemonade/candy/baked good stands. London definitely has my entreprenuereal desires! She also loves art. This past Saturday while Matt's mom was visiting, London decided that an art show was in order. She posed signs in the house letting everyone know the time, place, and cost. Yeah, it cost us to get in. Don't worry, I talked her down from a dollar to a quarter per person... Then we looked around and were told the prices of each painting. She's definitely a character! I love her creativity and free spirit. She's such an individual, and we absolutely adore her for that! The show was a success!

A sampling of her "style" of artwork!

Always trying to earn a buck!

+Posing with her pics!

The Pipsta looking a tad bit special, but darling nonetheless!

Not a Ladybug, a LONDYbug!

She wasn't sold on just wearing all black to school, so she jazzed up her outfit with some crazy leg warmers and pink converse! That kid definitely has a style of her own!

LOVE this one!

The Londybug had to pick an animal to write a report on. She, of course, chose the ladybug. She googled ladybugs herself and found lots of information. She and I learned and learned about the little creatures and she typed out her little report. Then, the entire first grade dressed up as their respective animals and had a "zoo" parade. So, so cute!

Easter Morn!

The Easter Bunny left some great loot! Baskets filled to the brim with treats and an art easel for Londy bug, a shirt and Lego Wii game for the Becksta, and a cute pink shopping cart for Pip!
On the stairs waiting to see what the Bunny brought!

The Katertot!

Beck is OBSESSED with Indiana Jones!

Loving her shopping cart!

Easter this year was fabulous! I'm just a tad slow in posting about it! We had my mom's amazing brunch/hunt Saturday, and the bunny, church, and Grammy's on Sunday. More to come later on that!
