Grandpa Payne turns 85!

June 8th, we celebrated grandpa paynes 85th birthday with cake and ice cream at jillys!

Fathers Day 2012

Happy fathers day to the amazing men in my life! Matt worked today, so we surprised him there with cards, gifts and cupcakes! Then dinner at grandma jillys and then to grandma and grandpa paynes house because grandpa wasn't feeling well. Talk about hilarious!!! The kids, all 7 of them, fighting over 2 swings, York entertaining the littles by riding them all over the yard on grandmas "jazzy," and grandpa trying in vain to hand out $2 bills and tell a story about them! Fun, memorable night!!!

Baseball with Grandpa Payne

My grandpa loves baseball! He's always played; then he coached my mom; then he coached me... I have so many memories of me and my grandpa together, and I'm so incredibly grateful that my children have been able to enjoy him as much as I did! He'll be 85 next week, and his health isn't great. His health has really declined this past year, but he couldn't say no to Becketts request to play catch today! Other than falling once, my grandpa played catch like a champ! The girls played hula hoop while my grandma and I watched from the patio. It was a great night with the kids' great grandparents, and I'm so glad to have taken a few pictures to remember it!

The girls are always wanting to be twins! Today, they were pretty close! I think they are pretty dang cute!

Picking Asparagus!

We took beckett and Pippi to pick/cut asparagus at Day Farms last week. Seriously so much fun; plus really delicious! Beck was in charge of measuring the asparagus, and Pip was in charge of holding the basket. I love that we live so close to family farms where we can pick up farm fresh produce!

Grandma Payne turns 82!

May 1st, grandma Payne turned 85! How, you ask, did we celebrate the big occasion??? Why at the Sizz, of course! I loved all the cute pics we took of Grandma and our kiddos! Such a fun night!

Slurpees with Grandpa Cooper!

Grandpa Cooper came to town this week and tonight we hit the Crown Burger and the Sev for Slurpees! The kids LOVE doing things when grandpa comes to town!
