Christmas Day!

Two of the greatest Christmas morning pictures ever! Piper wasn't even sad that morning, just bugged that London was trying to hold her on her lap! Christmas was absolutely wonderful!!! I loved, loved, loved it! We started it off at our house where Santa was very generous! The kids were thrilled with what he brought; a pink kitchen for Piper, a Batcave and Star Wars Legos for Beck, and a dollhouse and American Girl bed for London. First the kids looked at the Santa stuff then settled down to open stockings! London was actually more excited about the "ipod" in her stocking than about anything else! We downloaded her favorite songs and she and Beck listen to it constantly! Then, the kids opened gifts from us and again were so cute and thankful for everything! When all was opened, we got ready and headed to Sandy to celebrate with Matt's mom, Wade, Melissa, and the kids. My camera battery died, so I have no pictures of the rest of the day, but we spent a long time there Christmas morning and had a wonderful time! Grammy spoiled us rotten! From there, we headed to Aunt Janines for a bit, then straight to my mom's. My mom went overboard too! (What is it with grandmas?!?) We of course had awesome stockings and tons of fun gifts to open. Then we had a yummy dinner and visited some more! We didn't end up getting home until after 8:00pm. We really had a perfect day. The kids were great, we saw tons of family, and we were able to celebrate Christ's birth. How can you top that?

This is my favorite pic of Beck. I'm pretty sure the next words from his mouth were.."What the...?" So cute!

Thrilled with a Transformers coloring book!

Cutest story...I let the kids pick something out for Matt every year at the dollar store. This year, London saw one of those "tatoo sleeves" and said, "Daddy will laugh so hard at this!" and had to buy it for him. He did laugh really hard!

We got Matter a new Wii so we can put the old one in the basement for the kids!

plus a Rapunzel barbie!

no kids gets more excited about clothes than Beck! He loved his new coat!

Pip was excited about her new jammies!

Piper snuggling her new baby and london excited about her new bike!

yeah, this has got to be the most unflattering picture ever. Oh well. I really like my new cookware!

Christmas Eve!

Reesey giving Beck loves...
Christmas Eve is always super crazy and fun! We meet up with my mom's best friend's family, the Hansen's, every year for breakfast and a white elephant gift exchange. This year did not disappoint! We met and Granny Annie's and had a banquet room reserved. It was so nice to have room for everyone and especially for the crazies to run around! We love this tradition! Then, we went home for about a half hour or so and then headed to lunch with my dad. We also have the tradition of doing Christmas Eve lunch with him at the Red Robin. Then onto York and Jenny's for presents. My dad got each of the older girls an "American Girl" type doll and the girls were thrilled! Beck got Beyblades and honestly Matt and York had more fun then any of the kids did playing with it! We had a really fun time! Then onto home to bake for the family dinner! We've always met at my Grandma Cooper's for Christmas Eve dinner. She passed a year and a half ago and since York and Jenny bought her home, we are still able to get together as a family to celebrate. I absolutely love getting together with family. I love seeing aunts, uncles and cousins. We seriously have so much fun when we get together!
After the dinner party, we headed home to await Santa!!! Long, long, fun day!

Oh, Pip...

Piper is still our lil Houdini! Not only is she nakey most of the time when we come to get her from her nap (pretty much every time I forget to put a onesie on her...) but she still freaks in the middle of naps or the night because she's somehow managed to get one arm out of her footie jammies. I swear that girl is the greatest sleeper, but the wierdest!~ Don't mind the crazy hair. Definitely some good bed head!

Finally, a good snowstorm!

London and Gabi (take note of Londy's awesome snow outfit. Nothing says "cold weather" like a good plaid skort over fleece pants!)

The Beckster

We had a great snowstorm a couple of weeks ago and the kids (and Matter) took full advantage! London yelled at me to come outside and I found her next to a giant snowball; soon to be snowman! Our kids and the back door neighbors went to town making 2 giant snowmen! Too bad they all but melted the next morning!~

Christmas with Grandpa T!

Matt's dad and Cathy live in central Utah, so they usually come up the week before Christmas to celebrate with the kids. They came up on a Friday and we headed to lunch before London was out of school. As soon as she came home, we opened presents and visited for a long time until they had to head home. They got each kids an outfit and some money to but themselves something fun. The kids were thrilled! We love spending time with Grandma and Grandpa T!

T'was the week before Christmas at Grandma Jilly's house...

My mom has started the tradition of having the grandkids over the week before Christmas for dinner, a craft, the nativity story, and other fun things. This year, she "door bell ditched" us leaving a darling note from an "elf" stating that the kids were invited to a pajama party at Grandma Jilly's the next night. The package also included 3 pair of matching jammies and a wrapped present that was to remain wrapped until the party. We met there with all the kids all matchie matchie! We ate pizza and then watched a really good recreation of the nativity movie. The Grandma Jilly told the story of the Nativity with all the kids helping with the characters. Then they did crafts and played bingo. As if this weren't enough, the kids then were able to open their gift, a book that they all read together about a snowman band. Too cute. I love living so close to family and feel so blessed to have a mom that does get togethers like this!

The best investmet Grandma ever made! 3 counter clip on high chairs for all 3 babies!

Gingerbreadness...

We made gingerbread houses last week with my mom, York and Jenny, and their 4 girls. We had such a great time! All the kids made their own houses and did a great job! The 3 babies (Piper, Tess and Paige) spent the night just being cute!
