To My Londy Bug...

Oh, my Londy Lou Who...It's been a long, but great year for us! You're been your best and your most difficult, and I wouldn't change a thing! You are thriving in the second grade! You're excelling in math, just like your Daddy! You've started gymnastics, and are a natural! You're still doing piano, and also did a theatre camp this summer. You're one busy girl, and that's how you like it! You still do best with a lot of structure and activity. Behavior wise, you're doing SO much better with the last therapy we did. You're a new little girl! It's so great to see you being able to enjoy every day things without the little things freaking you out. It makes mommy want to cry to think of how great you are doing! You're still a typical 7 year old, but you're such a fun girl to have around!

You LOVE to play with friends, and do whenever you can! You love to sew (you look lessons this summer, and LOVE it!), bake, do crafts, play piano, play makeup, play house, and do gymnastics. You're so domestic! I love having my mini me around! We are SO similar! Sometimes, too much so! You know how to push mommys buttons, but also how to weasel your way into almost anything! You absolutely adore Piper. You love to play with her and to "be in charge" every once in a while. You're a great little reader and love being in your own room now so you can read before bedtime. You love doing your hair every morning before school. You're great at it! You're so incredibly smart London! You're amazing! You asked, just this morning, for some rubbing alcohol so you could attempt to make a homemade thermometer. When I said "absolutely not," you just shrugged, and said, "well, I guess I'll just have to do another experiment instead!" You ended up getting 2 glass jars, adding food coloring, and added water at different temperatures. Then you put the hot one in the freezer, and the cold one in the fridge to see what the temperatures would be like in an hour. Not many 7 year olds doing that on a Saturday morning! You've always been beyond your years!

London, you've been such a blessing! We are constantly amazed with you! You are an incredible little girl, and we are so lucky to have you as our first born!!!
