Family Pics 2011!

A big thanks to my Sis in law, Melissa, for taking our family pics this year! If I were more on the ball, I'd be posting about Thanksgiving, and the Christmas Holiday season! I, however, am not. The past 2 months have FLOWN by! We've been crazy busy, and blogging has been pushed to the bottom of the list! I'm going to try and be better in the new year. I love having this as a journal for my children.

Our Christmas was wonderful; nonstop fun with family and friends. We are truly blessed to live where we live and to associate with all the wonderful people that we associate with! We are so blessed with great friends and family. We are blessed with 3 healthy, beautiful little ones. It doesn't get much better than this. We are just so lucky!

To My Londy Bug...

Oh, my Londy Lou Who...It's been a long, but great year for us! You're been your best and your most difficult, and I wouldn't change a thing! You are thriving in the second grade! You're excelling in math, just like your Daddy! You've started gymnastics, and are a natural! You're still doing piano, and also did a theatre camp this summer. You're one busy girl, and that's how you like it! You still do best with a lot of structure and activity. Behavior wise, you're doing SO much better with the last therapy we did. You're a new little girl! It's so great to see you being able to enjoy every day things without the little things freaking you out. It makes mommy want to cry to think of how great you are doing! You're still a typical 7 year old, but you're such a fun girl to have around!

You LOVE to play with friends, and do whenever you can! You love to sew (you look lessons this summer, and LOVE it!), bake, do crafts, play piano, play makeup, play house, and do gymnastics. You're so domestic! I love having my mini me around! We are SO similar! Sometimes, too much so! You know how to push mommys buttons, but also how to weasel your way into almost anything! You absolutely adore Piper. You love to play with her and to "be in charge" every once in a while. You're a great little reader and love being in your own room now so you can read before bedtime. You love doing your hair every morning before school. You're great at it! You're so incredibly smart London! You're amazing! You asked, just this morning, for some rubbing alcohol so you could attempt to make a homemade thermometer. When I said "absolutely not," you just shrugged, and said, "well, I guess I'll just have to do another experiment instead!" You ended up getting 2 glass jars, adding food coloring, and added water at different temperatures. Then you put the hot one in the freezer, and the cold one in the fridge to see what the temperatures would be like in an hour. Not many 7 year olds doing that on a Saturday morning! You've always been beyond your years!

London, you've been such a blessing! We are constantly amazed with you! You are an incredible little girl, and we are so lucky to have you as our first born!!!

To my Beckett Boy...

Oh, buddy... You're just trouble! You're full of energy and fun! You're constantly talking, wether it's by yourself, or with other people listening! You're like the energizer bunny! You are HILARIOUS! You come up with the greatest things to say! One of this years best had to have been, "Mommy, I'm pretty sure I have Aspergers..." You then proceeded to cover your ears and rock back and forth. You're always coming up with something crazy! You are the cuddliest little guy! You probablly prefer your Daddy, but you give Mommy all sorts of squeezes all day! You're in Kindergarten this year, and are thriving there. You've picked up on math and reading so well! I've been so proud of you! We are constantly stopped by people telling us how cute and funny you are! You have quite the following in our neighborhood! You'll wander around playing with kids from 3 to 14 years old. This last summer, we were at a neighbor's backyard when you came around the corner with your teenage posse. You saw us and yelled, "what the hell guys? How come you started the party without me???" Classic Beck. You were sent right home to your room, but as soon as you left, we were all hysterically laughing. You tend to do that!

You're into everything boy! You played soccer this year, and did swimming and wrestling, too! You're excited to start soccer again, and want to also play baseball and basketball this year. You and Daddy did a lot of golfing on our golf course. You're quite the little golfer!

You LOVE everything Star Wars, Lego, Harry Potter, and Indiana Jones. You love to play those games on the Wii and your DS. You're a pro on your little two wheeler and scooter, too!

You have such a tender little heart. You get your feelings hurt really easily. You love to play with friends, and are working on sharing! Something you're notorious for is major brown nosing when Londy or Pip is in trouble. If London says she doesn't like dinner, you pipe right up and say, "Mommy, this is the best dinner I've ever had! I love it so much! I really, really love the dinner, and you too, Mom!" Annoying, but pretty funny, too!

Beck, you're such a good little guy! You're so kind to your baby sister, and are willing to help out with a little convincing! You are freakishly smart and talented! Plus, you still have those munchable cheeks that mommy hopes you'll never loose! We love you little buddy!

To My Pippi Girl...

Once again, I'm trying to write to my children each year as the year ends. I'll start with you, Pippi Jane! Oh how your mommy loves her girl! You are an absolute JOY! Well, most of the time, anyways! You are the stereotypical baby of the family. We allow you to do things that we NEVER would have dreamed of with the other kids! I think it's partly because I've always known you were going to be my very last baby. You've always needed extra snuggles and squeezes! Before you, our bed was a kid-free zone! No questions asked! Then came our baby girl! You were sick from the time you were about 4 months old, until your last surgery (in March). That meant a lot of long nights, and you would go back to sleep if Mommy and Daddy snuggled you for a bit... It's pretty rare for you to sleep with us, but sometimes it's mom's only option! You also Love to be held. You follow me around for the better part of the day with your arms up saying, "I need you Mommy, I really need you!" How do you say no to that?

You are such a smart, fun little girl! You talk up a storm, but honestly only Mommy understands most of what you say! You love to dance to my Ipod in the kitchen. You love to play with babies, backpacks, your kitchen, your bike, and outside. You've been a thumbsucker for the past year or so, but mommy has been putting the icky nail polish on your thumbs this week. You stopped just like that! Crazy! You were a breeze to potty train, too! We've had the occaisional accident, but you've been potty trained for months now! You also have the memory of an elephant! I can ask you days later where something is, and you always go right to it. You love to help mom and dad package up boxes for our ebay store. You always sit down in Daddy's lap and "help." You won't really watch tv. That's a bit frustrating at times, but you've always just been an "on the go" kind of kid. We love that about you! You just wander all over the house all day long!

You're the best little eater and sleeper! You sleep around 12 hours at night, and then nap for around 3 hours in the afternoon. You'll eat nearly anything! You can easily eat more than the other kids.

You love anything Tangled related! You just started watching parts of the movie, and it's the only thing you'll sit still for! You also pick up on words in songs. You'll repeat any words you can, so mommy has to really watch what we listen to! You love to color and paint. You're also a master summersaulter. It's hilarious! You'll randomly stop what you're doing and just do a summersault. I love it! You're getting kind of naughty as of late, but they don't call them the Terrible Twos for nothing! You despise time out, so you are usually good after a warning. We're really trying not to let you get your way all of the time. It's so easy to make the screaming or whining stop, but we're trying to put our foot down! Not so easy with our baby girl!

You are an absolute blessing to your Mommy and Daddy Miss Pippi Jane! We love you!!!
