Easter Celebrations, continued...

Grandma Jilly's parties are legendary! She throws an incredible Easter party every year. We love meeting for yummy food, fun egg hunts, chatting with family and friends, and celebrating the Easter holiday! Today, she definitely did not disappoint! We met before the festivities started to open easter baskets. As always, we were spoiled rotten! I love that my mom still gets me an easter basket! The kids were thrilled too! When everyone arrived, we started the kids egg hunt. It wouldn't be my mom if there were merely eggs, so there are always great toys and prizes scattered around the yard, too! Then on to the adult egg hunt. I came into the hunt with a bit of pride; I have found the "golden egg" 2 years running... There were 17 numbered eggs in 4 yards. The numbers correlate to a certain prize; good prizes. Hence the love for the adult egg hunt! Well, no one had found the golden egg, so Jilly gave us one hint. Lo and behold, I was victorious once again in finding it! The golden egg prize is a date night with movie tickets, concession money, and best of all, babysitting! You can see why it's a hot item to find! Three years now. That's got to be some sort of record!
The rest of the party was filled with yummy food and hilarious conversations with cousins! We've already had the best Easter ever, and Easter isn't until tomorrow!

Grandma Jilly playing on the tramp with some of the girls! They love her to play "bad witch" and chase them all around!
Isn't she the greatest fun grandma?!?

Great Grandma and Grandpa Payne with my kiddos.

Gr. and Gr. Payne passing out baskets to the kids. They bought all the kids fishing poles for Christmas and got them all matching tackle boxes filled with goodies for Easter! The kids went crazy!

My cousin, Eric, did not win the golden egg this year. Instead, his prize was a golden pair of "winking" panties... I should have taken video. It was hilarious!

Beck on the hunt! I love that he picked up a couple of eggs and one prize and then said, "Mommy, I found some sunglasses. I'm good now. I'll be done." So cute!

Uncle Matt reading to Reesey

Trying to get my 3 kids to all look normal in a picture is next to impossible! This was as good as it gets!

Pippi malling the twins. She really loves them; a little too much!

Londy and Beck opening Grandma Jilly's easter basket stuff!

Back row: London, Reese, and Camryn
Front: Tess, Paige, and Piper. (There's a 50% chance I'm mixing up the twinners!)
Matchie matchie! All the grand daughters wearing matching outfits for Easter! It was seriously the cutest thing, ever! Thanks grandma Jilly!
More cuteness!

Holy Cow! You all made a serious HAUL! I may have to convince MY MOM to hide a golden egg for the adults. Now that's some searchin' I'd be willing to do.

And what cute matching kidlets!!

Looks like you guys had a fabulous Easter. So jealous about the adult egg hunt...sounds like fun. Tell your Mom I said "hi". She always does such a great job at making every holiday spectacular. The dresses she did were also so cute!
